“PARTNERING WITH PARENTS IN RAISING WORLD-CHANGERS FOR JESUS.”

ABOUT US

Family Tree is a Leadership Academy for young children and their families where we focus on the holistic development of the child as well as encouraging and supporting the parents in creating stable, loving homes; characterised by a love for Jesus and each other.

We have a full pre-school and a primary school, as well as half day and full day care from the age of 3 months until Grade 7.

OUR CURRICULUM

At Family Tree Leadership Academy our curriculum consists of training sessions for the parents and personnel, a stimulation program developed for 0 – 3 years olds, a curriculum developed for 3 – 5 year olds and our own curriculum SOIL (Syllabus of Integrated Learning) combined with extra stimulation and development for Grades R to 7.

Our programs are written by our own team, consisting of specialised teachers, a speech therapist, an occupational therapist and a full-time curriculum writer.

OUR VISION + MISSION

We believe the family to be the primary place of nurture for young children; a responsibility no parent can fully delegate to any other person or institution. At Family Tree we strive to create an environment conducive to the holistic development of the child, whilst interacting and supporting parents in creating joy-filled, nurturing homes. Our programs aim at the development of the entire person, addressing and instilling perceptions; attitudes and skills imperative to a life devoted to a higher calling.

We strive to co-facilitate the development of individuals equipped to integrate their faith with daily living. Our programs aim at the transformation of the entire person, ranging from the skills necessary to conduct sustainable relationships with God, self and others; to the competence needed to sustain in business

We dream of a school that brings glory to God by being a model of educational excellence, whilst known for its exemplary efforts in supporting kids and their families as they cultivate their potential in Christ.

‘…and the leaves of the tree were for the healing and the restoration of the nations.’

What Parents are Saying

Ons seuntjie is so gelukkig by Family Tree.

Vandag wil ek sommer net sê hoe baie ek die tannies by Family Tree waardeer. Baie dankie!
